The Stress Strategy is a 12-week group coaching course for ambitious women who are burnout, anxious, and overwhelmed, looking to unleash their unlimited energy and break free of burnout by addressing the underlying issues causing it.

My passion in life is to educate and empower women to understand their bodies so their can become the CEO of their own health, take control of their stress and beat their burnout!
Personal accountability checks will be done weekly through email check ins and the review prompts in your handouts provided within the program. After reviewing your progress, post in the Members-Only Facebook Group what’s going well, what’s not, and where you are needing more support. Feedback will be given by the stress strategy support team and Dr. Mekayla.
Office hours will be during our zoom meetings where special topics and Q&A will be discussed. Each week come ready to your questions answered about where you’re stuck, plus tips on how to get the most out of the program & how to enhance your energy levels. Can’t attend live? No worries, the recordings will be posted in the Members-Only Facebook Group so you can catch up anytime!

The meal plans included in this program are made up of real whole food with the proper ingredients and balance to reduce inflammation and cravings, optimize digestion, balance blood sugar, boost energy and lose weight if that is your goal. These plans are full of delicious recipes with real ingredients that are easily accessible at your local grocery store that your whole family will enjoy.
Supplements are discussed within different modules of the program but they are not mandatory.
There are no personal guarantees as each person entering the program will have different results, but chances are your body will release some weight as we work to balance your hormones, improve sleep, correct blood sugar response, optimize carbohydrate and protein intake and manage stress. The whole program is focused on empowering your body and making it feel safe and supported, which often makes weight loss easier.
While it is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that you have a Facebook account so you can take advantage of the group aspect of the program. There will be bonus content uploaded into the group, as well as weekly interaction. However, as long as you can access Zoom you will be able to participate in the weekly coaching calls.
The short answer is no. You cannot submit reimbursement for Mekayla as your Naturopath for this course. Mekayla is considered a health coach within the program, not an ND as per Manitoba regulations.
